The library will be closed Saturday, May 27 through Monday, May 29. The Library will reopen Tuesday, May 30 at 9 AM.
The library will be closed the morning of Friday, June 2 due to staff safety training. The library will reopen at 1 PM until 6 PM.
Saturday, June 10 at 11 AM at the Main Library. We’re kicking off summer reading with a day of fun including circus skills with Cirque Amongus, Lego mania, and more! Recommended for all ages. No registration is required. Event may be canceled or modified if there is inclement weather.
June 15 at 7 PM in the Main Library Meeting Room. Art|Pride raises awareness of the significant contributions by LGBTQ+ artists and their impact on the art world. No registration is required.
Mondays in June, July, and August at 10:30 AM in the Main Library Activity Center. Join us for an interactive storytime that includes songs and fingerplays. Recommended for ages birth - 5 years. No registration is required.
Thursday, June 22 at 10 AM at Marshbank Park. In partnership with WB Parks, join us for some musical fun featuring interactive children’s entertainment and inflatables. Recommended for all ages. No registration required.
June 8 at 7 PM and June 9 at 10 AM in the Main Library Meeting Room. Join the Friends of the Library for the BOOKTalks discussion series. No registration is required.
June 6 at 7 PM in the Main Library Meeting Room. Officer James Pettinato of the West Bloomfield Police Department will provide information on how to avoid scams and financial fraud. He will give examples of common scams and how to recognize them. No registration required.
June 8 at 6 PM at the Westacres Branch. Join Bees in the D to learn how to grow plants that help benefit pollinators in your yard and garden. Registration is required.
